Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Open Generative AI, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The studio gives you a free web interface to 200+ AI image and video models. It runs on your own MuAPI API key, which you provide in the app; generation usage and any charges are between you and MuAPI under your account with them. We do not sell credits for this studio.

Your content

You are responsible for the prompts you enter and the media you generate, and for using them lawfully — no content that infringes the rights of others, and no deceptive imagery of real people. Model outputs may also be subject to the model providers' terms presented by MuAPI.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which for this free studio is zero.
