Open Generative AI is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

How the studio works

The studio is a bring-your-own-key tool: you enter your own MuAPI API key in the app, it is stored in your browser, and generation requests go from your browser to MuAPI under your key. We do not receive, store, or bill for your key or your generations on our servers.

Information we collect

Only standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) from operating the website. There are no user accounts in this studio and we do not collect the prompts or media you create with your own key.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Your generation activity is governed by MuAPI's own terms and privacy policy, since requests are made under your account with them.

Your choices and changes

You can remove your API key from the app at any time in its settings, which deletes it from your browser storage. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
